El Chorro Lodge is well-known in the Phoenix area as it was originally built in 1934 as a girls' school and was converted into a restaurant and lodge in 1937. Most of our evening at El Chorro will be outdoors under the stars. The ceremony will be held in the Herb Garden and cocktails and dinner will be on the adjoining Lawn. The Lawn area has a large outdoor fireplace in addition to a fire pit. The original Classroom Bar is where you will find our DJ and dance floor inside along with two additional fireplaces.

Spring is considered "high season" here and hotels will raise rates as we approach to our date and may fill quickly. Cocktail attire is preferred (coat and tie for gentlemen and ladies dressing accordingly). There are no steps to navigate on the property and the lawn areas are artificial grass (in case ladies should choose to wear heels, you will not sink into the grass.)
